No. 21 Heriot Row is an original "double upper" apartment: it occupies the second and third floors of a Category "A" listed stone building. Due to it’s elevated position it offers magnificent views of Queen Street Gardens and from the rear facing rooms an uninterrupted view of North Edinburgh and over the Firth to the Kingdom of Fife.

We have stayed at 21 Heriot Row twice and we would never stay anywhere else in Edinburgh. The first time it was only the two of us and having this entire grand apartment to ourselves was a true luxury. The second time we stayed with my partner’s parents and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The appointments and finishes are as good as any 5 star hotel and the location cannot be beat. I would (and hopefully will) stay there again in a minute.
